Removing Location

    Every time I try to leave the location option blank, this message shows up:

    Isn't there a way to go about removing my location as I'd rather not share it?

    Yeah, I know that but I'd rather remove my location completely if that's possible.

    This is a good question, actually. I'm not sure that it's possible to remove the location field altogether - I took a quick look and couldn't find the option either!

    No offense, but why is it so important for you to remove the location? Just put a "---" if you want. It shouldn't matter.

    What? Of course it matters. It's not strange that I want it removed at all. But whatever, since I'm not getting any response here I guess I'll directly pm one of the staff members.

    In order for the Location field to not show up, it would have to be set as a non-required field but it is set as a required field when filling in info.

    I'm pretty sure it's a required field. We have lots of people that put "Narnia" or "England" or "New Jersey" or something equally vague.

    It is not something we are currently considering changing.
