Careful you might get me enraged about police officers......again. (from planting evidence (the Baltimore officer caught on his own body camera planting evidence) to tazering people who have their hands up (this happened in Phoenix) to shooting people in the back (physical back and in some cases in the back of the head) one of the biggest group of thugs in America is police officers.

    They are a "lawless group".

This may seem weird, but the first thing I thought when I read that was, "Couldn't he have waited until after work and got a hooker?"

Would have been cheaper. This guy was an idiot. A weird idiot.

... Now I have the Voltaire song Zombie Prostitute in my head...

Non-informed consensual sexual activity is wrong.
    Simple as that, tbh.

Yeah but is a dead body really something we want to give rights?

But yeah this was disrespectful to her family?

"I had sex with your Mom!"
    "She is dead?"
    "I KNOW!"

    Could not resist?

    Dead bodies don't have rights.

The living, whilst living, have the right to expect and demand respect for their corpse after death, or to donate organs, or whatever. The relatives of the deceased have the right to expect decorum and respect.

Of course, if the deceased expressed a clear wish beforehand and signed some sort of contract, help yourself, but that's an unlikely situation ...
