Is it not better to shave it off completely? Guys usually shave off delicate hair like that if they have it. If you wanted to, you can ask me about stuff. You could use mascara or this eyebrow mascara thing.
You can get facial hair dye but be careful it doesn't dye your face. There's also a foam/liquid called minoxidil which can make your facial hair darker and thicker if used regularly, even pre-T.
