well my friend has no credit so she can't text me. she lives somewhere thats hard to get to and its by the sea so there's limited Internet. I phoned her a few days ago we were happy to talk laughing and joking. I call her but she doesn't answer she might be busy. my friend really likes me and I like her. when I phoned it rings for normal time then goes to voicemail. I think she keeps missing me. but can you be blocked and still ringing. she had iPhone i have android. 4 days in a row and shes not answered but I know what she's like shes not on her phone constantly plus the phone is never busy or says unavailable
