    I have had palpitations and tachyrdia due to the fact that I was addicted to them from 2008-11. I haven't touched one in 4 years, and I still have problems. Don't do it, just don't. I still have chest pains even as I type this. It fucks up your whole nervous system too.

    I dont like the taste of it. If I need to boost my energy, I would rather drink chocolate drinks and eat some sweets.

    That might of just ruined them for me. Had no ideas it can cause that much harm.

    I don't drink them often because i know they aren't healthy, but i like the taste and the effects. I used them when Diablo 3 and Starcraft 2 HOTS launched :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

    Don't really like them. I very rarely ever drink one - maybe once a year, if that.

    I buy Red Bull, in bulk, so price isn't such a problem. I've been drinking energy drinks since my teens, and I'm as fit as a fiddle. I still remember staying awake, and cramming for my Geography exam at high school. Thus it's been around 9 years. At times I've drank more and less at others. As it stands, I'm guzzling down 4 or 5 cans per week.

    If you really need that energy boost, it's okay to rely on them for a short time, but you'll feel terrible, if you keep abusing this strategy. It's more healthy to build up natural stamina. You don't want to get caught out of energy, especially if you're at a friends house and you forgot to take the damn drinks.

    Don't consume energy drinks too close to the time you're planning to sleep. I swear they increase the chances of undergoing sleep paralysis and it might be more horrifying because your heart could pound like crazy. I wouldn't say panic attack, but it's enough to induce extra fear.

    I like the taste of all the ones I've tasted but Red Bull, but drinking them makes me feel like a tool. I used to drink them all the time in middle school, but I think I have fewer than five a year now.

    They also don't affect me that I've noticed, other than give me heartburn or make me slightly nauseous. Maybe I'm just a grandpa.

    Not interested. I don't really drink much besides water and the occasional coffee.

    I have a few of them a year, no more than once a month at maximum. They're okay, but I much prefer tea or coffee for a morning kickstart.

    I like rockstar and monster...that's about it taste wise but I rarely drink them. I think the last one I had was one of those blue monster's at around Christmas...and that was just because my insomnia was being stupid and usually I fall asleep around four hours later after drinking one because of the energy crash.

    I hate energy drinks, the taste is disgusting and they're really unhealthy. I've only had one once, at a party.

    I drink them way more often than I should! I know the diet/sugar free/etc. varieties are even worse, but they're a vice I enjoy. I'm not really consistent with drinking them. Some times I don't drink one for a couple weeks, other times I drink one like every other day or so, and others I sit there and shotgun them and then lie down because my heart's racing a bit later. Monster Ultra Zero is probably my favourite.

    Everything in moderation.

    I remember my final year in elementary school when students drank so much of it, they'd literally bring bags full of them to long tests. The nearby convenience store had to start enforcing an 18 year age restriction.

    I like the taste of energy drinks but I stopped drinking them a long time ago. WAY too many calories. I gained about 20 lbs in a year and a half because of those things and there's no way that I'd be doing it again. It's the same thing with sports drinks. Never ever drink them unless you're consistently working out or told to drink them by a doctor. Water is a lot healthier.

    I usually stick with black coffee, but I do like zero-calorie energy drinks like Prinkle and blue Rockstar XD;;;;
