On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate yourself?

I have no idea. I don't like rating myself.

 

I'd probably give myself a 4.

 

10/10, because self confidence is super important.

I usually say 6.5. I'm really average no matter which way you look at me. I'm smart and got some other stuff going for me, I definitely have no desire to look better. XD I've got some real pretty peepers though.

 

I think it's overall kind of a weird and somewhat unhealthy thing to do, to put a number to physical appearance and even more so to try to quantify the value of a personality.

 

I broke the scale. There is no option for 100.

 

I really do love myself; I just wish that I were more confident and both physically and mentally stronger. I obsess over strength in the way that many other people obsess over beauty. I am always attracted to girls who seem powerful and confident. Also, I have an epic butt. So probably around an 8.

 

Something different every day

 

I honestly don't care. Some days, especially when I'm getting up at 4.30am for work I probably look like a bag of shit. On those days I don't style my hair or shave because every last minute of sleep counts.

If I make an effort I'm sure I brush up okay, but I'm not bothered enough to get into self assessment. Sorry to be a spoil sport.

 

Definitely a 7 for looks, and an 8 for my personality.

 

Honestly, it's all over the place. In regards to the idea of rating myself, or anyone really, I visualize it more easily as a massive tangle of thread and webs, because there are so many facets to people, that it's impossible for me personally to focus them all into one scale of existence. If I wanted to rate myself, I'd probably give myself a 9 in one area and a 1 in another, and on it goes.

I'm happy with some things. Less happy with others. It's difficult to quantify. And I lose basic objectivity whenever I want to judge myself.
But if I really had to give a number? I'd hover around a 6 or 7 for personality and looks. It's more or less the average of it all in my mind, with a little sprinkle of generosity here and there, though the variation and contradiction is huge.

 

Which is why I think we should all put ∞ (infinity symbol), because we are all infinitely and unquantifiably sexy

That, and I am pretty adorable, it's hard to deny.

 

I put 7, but this is a good way to describe how I feel about this, so I thought I'd quote it.

To some people, it might be a little lower. To some people, it might be a little higher.

I know this is about how WE feel about ourselves, but that sometimes comes from what others drill into our heads. So, their tastes, values, and type preferences may affect how we see ourselves.

I am something different to each person who sees me.

 

How does one simply rate their personality? I mean I know all my insecurities, but does everyone else see or know what I do? Probably not.

I am who I am and I'm cool with it.

 

I gave myself a 6 because in some ways, I'm above average. For instance, I'm pretty, have cool tattoos, high IQ and really honest personality.
My illness and that annoying extra 15 pounds make me below average in some ways, but I like to focus on the positive.
