I caught a cramp in my thigh a few minutes ago.
    Ouch.

Somehow excruciating pain doesn't quite describe it.
I just wanted to pass out so I wouldn't feel it anymore. Lmao.

I managed to limp/drag myself across the room to get some icy hot on it though and it feels better now but I'm afraid of getting another one so I'm just going to chill out here sitting really still. Haha.

    No kidding!
Mostly because you can't do anything but wait for the pain to stop.

And I'm not all that patient. Lol.

Try stretching your legs - go and have a hot bath; the hot bath in itself will help relax the tension in your muscle. Then push the foot of the leg that's hurting into the wall of the bath- cramping is when the muscles tighten and contract so you need to relax it and allow it to go back to it's normal length. Massaging it will help too.

Ouch cramps sucks. Especially at night.
Did you have enough sodium today?
How about water? Oh god I sound like a doctor.
Any way just stretch your muscles.
Just be careful though when you stretch you quad muscle.
I did that once and it led to a cramp on my calf.
Getting simultaneous cramps are the worst.

I got a cramp in my right calf on the 10 minute walk back from the gym on Friday. That was interesting seeing as how there isn't really much you can do in the middle of the pouring rain other then limp back to the room and take a shower.... :/

But it's all good now  instead, my arms are really sore, to the point where it's difficult to extend them all the way before pain starts....

Try eating a banana. It will give you potassium that will help out with cramps in the leg. Also try stretching out your leg. (!)

I stood on it and it loosened up a little bit but. I think I was dehydrated because I was out running around in the sun all day yesterday.

I've got pins and needles which is nearly as bad when you're as ticklish as me.
