I landed a sales job. I have lots of income potential but I struggle with anxiety I’m basically calling people who signed up for something m. My job is to sell them insurance. I get one to quotes an hour. However I have trouble convincing people to buy. The just get a quote and bye.

Any idea on how I can do this

Guilt them. It's pretty much the only way people actually buy insurance they aren't required to have since it's usually a waste of money. You have to give them a reason more than 'your stuff will be gone with no way to replace it' since a lot of people think it'll never happen to them or don't care about their stuff much anyway.

"you need ____ insurance because what if ____ happens, think about how your family would be negatively impacted by that - but you can prevent that from ever happening by just buying this insurance, it'll give you peace of mind that your family is protected" etc.
