so I like my name but want to play around with some gender neutral or masculine names to see if that would help with my dysphoria given I’m femme presenting but would like to live out as genderqueer/non-binary and some point
I’d like something reminiscent of my first or middle names Kara (pronounced care-uh) Renee
    Any thoughts?

Im a K.C. (guy) and people tend to think my nickname is quite androgynous. I went by it for awhile before figuring out what the initials stood for too.

Carey could work! Or I guess it's more like Karey, since your name starts with a K. I haven't met any Kareys though.
Casey/Kasey was another good one. By the way, both of those names are gender neutral; I know both male and female Careys and Caseys.
Ren was also already recommended, that's a good one. It's popular in Japan as a male name.
"René" without the double E started as a male name in France! There's nothing wrong with just going by Rene or Renee, if it's enough for you.
Cal/Kal is not bad either. Could be used as a nickname for Cara/Kara, or Calvin/Kalvin. Maybe even at the same time.
