(Hopefully this is the right board for this - apologies if it isn't!) I've recently thought about feminizing my appearance a little, albeit covertly, and was considering altering my diet and excersize routines (specifically ones that involve my legs and bum). Does anyone have experience with this kind of thing? Are there any good resources out there that you guys recommend? Is it feasible to do without already being on HRT? Is it just as simple as doing excersizes meant for women for the areas I want to focus on?
Corsets really help with giving a feminized look without HRT. I’d recommend getting a traditional underbust or a waspie underbust. As for exercises, dumbbell squats to press.
