Mine would have to be Freaks (though the ending always makes me tear up), This Is Spinal Tap, Dr. Strangelove, Pulp Fiction, Unforgiven... no others immediately come to mind.

Get cable! They have many of these regularly on The Family Channel, Cartoon Network and American Movie Classics(AMC).

But you're The Dude! Shouldn't The Big Lebowski be on that list?

As for me, Fight Club, and Donnie Darko. Every time I watch Fight Club I notice something really smart that I never saw before.

Haha, I know, but it's not a movie that I would watch over and over again.

I really love "To Kill A Mockingbird"...I've seen that movie so many times I probably don't even have to read the book next year.

Miyazaki movies, especially Howl's Moving Castle and Spirited Away.
ANY of the Harry Potter movies, those always remind me of imaginative times.
Lots of musical to movie adaptions. Victor/Victoria was already mentioned, it's fabulous movie. Sound of Music is one of my all time favorites.
Oddly enough, I actually really enjoy watching Princess Diaries movies. Julie Andrews was in all three of those last three titles, go figure!
I also enjoy Chicago sometimes and also occasionally I will resort to the good old disney archives like Aladdin and Hercules.

Whenever any of these movies are on, even if I'm not in the mood to watch TV, I'll just leave them on in the background. Or I'll watch for my favorite parts.
