OMG. I see people playing this all the time in my school... like little groups of them. o-o

 

My boyfriend and I are building a pagoda. :3

 

I have a slight addiction to it My sister always picks on me since it has pixels the size of a fist yet my computer still fails when playing it =P

 

That happens because it's written in Java, not really meant for 3D applications like that. :lol:

ok i got minecraft logged onto a friends server and thought this is boring
*5 hours later*
now some more diamond and then some lava there!

Should I buy Minecraft? My friends all play it, and I was waiting until the school year ended to even consider it because aparently it is addicting.

I got it, I love it, I just don't enjoy playing it at the moment, lack of imagination and conflict of ideas with the person I play with kind of makes it less fun. I don't like playing it single player after playing it multi, I find that happens with a lot of games.

Minecraft is freakin' fun <3 I'm not the most creative but I love toying around with redstone and defending my own base from other players with overly complex rube-goldberg-esque mechanisms >

 

I don't quite get it :s lol my cousin was showing me it but I thought it was kinda confusing :s maybe Ill try the free trial version

 

I've played the older, free version. I want to save some money to play the better version. I've seen so many things that you can do in minecraft and one of my friends play as well.

 

Better get it before it does the full release and you have to pay more.

I adore Minecraft, I really do. I have a massive project in my solo play and I'm on a server with about 10 other people, where we're making a city inside a mountain, having spent hours hollowing it out. Has anyone else made a waterslide? they're get fun to make!

I can't get online so can't get the 1.8 update

 

I had the same problem. Try going to the official website and re-downloading the game client. Run the newer version that you downloaded and it might work (it did for me).
