Men: Do you shave? Questionairre and discussion.

1. Do you shave your face? Yes, but I'm planning on growing a beard soon.
2. Chest? No.
3. Pubic area? Sometimes.
4. Anal area? No, but I should.
5. Armpits? Nope.
6. Legs or arms? No.

1. Do you shave your face? Yes, but sometimes I can't be bothered.
2. Chest? Sometimes - depends on how hairy it gets. A bit of hair is fine.
3. Pubic area? I trim it - but I usually shave the testicles.
4. Anal area? Yes - but it's so much easier to wax. It's the most awkward area to shave - and shaving can result in bumps.
5. Armpits? No.
6. Legs or arms? No.

 

To subvert the partner question a bit, would anyone here change their shaving habits to please a partner?

You will see back on page one that I do minimal trimming, but largely keep my hair body natural. My boyfriend has occasionally expressed that he would like to see me shave (legs, arms, etc), but that's not something I'm willing to change about myself.

 

I only shave my face. I'm not hairy enough to warrant a full-body shave, though some areas do need a bit of trimming from time to time.

 

1. Do you shave your face? - I keep my stache and goatee trimmed and shave other part. I wish I had full beard.
2. Chest? - no
3. Pubic area? - trim.
4. Anal area? - trim (sometimes)
5. Armpits? - shave.
6. Legs or arms? - no

 

Only if we'd been together a very long time (at least 5 years or so) would I consider that.

 

1. Atm just trimming, but considering shaving it all of again.
I tend not to shave because it grows back so fast, I'd have to shave daily.
1a. Aesthetically I don't mind either way if my potential part has a beard or not.

I shave my face, as frequently as every day or as infrequently as every four days, but never any longer than like a good stubble. My boyfriend does pretty much the same, and we both tend to like these habits on each other. (He looks crazy hot with stubble too.)

I shave my chest, usually once every week or two. My boyfriend does the same. We talked about it and agreed we like ourselves and each other either smooth or with really short, trimmed chest hair. Neither of us are very hairy though, so even at maximum length our body hair is sparse and not very long. And not dark either; we're both naturally blonde.

As far as pubic hair, neither of us shave, but both of us trim. We actually trim it short with scissors, and maybe use a razor to kind of "shape" the area a bit and just clean things up. We both shave our balls whenever it's needed, which is typically every other week or every third week. Again, the hair is very sparse anyway.

He has little to no butt hair, and I have just a tiny bit more than he does but still not enough to warrant shaving. So nine times out of ten I wouldn't bother with it, but I have used those hair remover creams a couple times, which worked great. But he said he couldn't really tell I'd done it by looking, so most of the time I wouldn't bother.

I have hardly any armpit hair at all. Like if I raised my arms and you were standing fifteen feet away, you'd think I shave them. So no, I don't. My boyfriend's are actually pretty hairy compared to the rest of his body, but I'm indifferent about it. He could shave or trim them if he wanted to, but I don't really have a preference.

Neither of us have very hairy legs or arms, and neither of us shave them. And we both prefer it that way.

2. Chest? No, but not particularly hairy at all. Wouldn't even if it was.

3. Pubic area? Trim occasionally to enhance the look of my weapon

I shave my chin and tash, although its very short.

I sometimes shave my pubes when I can be asked, and my nipple hair.. which is gross because they're long and curly :lol:..

I want to shave my anal hair too!!.. But that's too complicated.

1.Yes, I trim my and maintain my beard. I also shave regularly to avoid a unshaven look. I could care less if my partner was clean shaven or not, but if they weren't I'd expect them to keep it maintained (not let be unruly) and keep it clean.

2.I used to once in a blue moon because it felt quite nice to be smooth. But now I never shave my chest outside of trimming it every so often.

3.I whack the bush when becomes too bushy, plus there's the added bonuses of seeming larger lol and feeling good.

4.Never bringing anything sharp to that area.

5.I actually shaved my armpits for the first time a few weeks ago and it was worth it. It felt nice and cleaner although I think I might find a better way to do it next time. The first few days were irritating from the stubble.

6.No, I'm naturally hairy so it wouldn't be worth the effort to shave my arms and legs. I guess that is also a reason I don't completely shave my chest anymore.

7.I used to hate my body hair but over time I've gotten used to it and actually enjoy it. I try best to keep it well groomed and not too wild.

I keep a close trimmed beard with a shaved neck. I never shave anywhere else. I like hair. What can I say? I prefer hairy men and like beards if they're trimmed. If you're not hairy that's not a turn off, but if you shave your body that would be.

I trim it real short. I like a bit of stubble myself but if I was choosing for a partner I'd say clean shaven is best

2. Chest?
It gets trimmed. Less hair the better for a partner

3. Pubic area?
Again, trimmed, quite short. No pubes looks weird but what you have has to be in control

4. Anal area?
Yes. Hair around the anus is not acceptable, so many guys with hairy bums here; not cool!

5. Armpits?
No, and no preference for a partner

6. Legs or arms?
I have trimmed my legs before but it's too much hassle really and there's no need. I guess arms and legs can be too hairy but it's no big thing

7. Comments or notes?
Besides above my penis, everything else down there gets taken off with hair removal cream; much better than a razor or buzzer, would recommend!

Yup. It depends on the guy. Some look good with, others without

Trim, and if I was dating someone, I'd want him to do the same.

Except for keeping pubic hair somewhat tidy, my future bf could do as little shaving as he wants

 

Which hair removal creams? I once put Nair on my testicles and it burnt like a motherfucker. In retrospect it was a stupid thing to do, but hey, I'm only human. :lol:

 

Tried it once, didn't like it. Hairy is way nicer XD
I do shave facial hair though, because I don't really like it.
