    Firstly, hes a democratic socialist.
Secondly, the electoral landscape is completely diffrent here in 2015 than it was in 1972. Can i reference that our founding fathers were extreme liberals in relation to the british and the time that they found them in?
We live in an enviroment where the people are far more informed and throwing around names in a negative light such as "socialist" and "extreme liberal" is not helping especially considering that its coming from a self described democrat.
You couldve used that chart in 2008 to discredit then sen obama by saying theres no way a chicago liberal could win the white house.
Is it extreme to be against the iraq war in 2001? Hillary supports
To be against bailing out the banks (TARP)? Hillary supports
Oppose the patriot act in both 2001 and 2006? Hillary supports
    Oppose TPP? Hillary supports
Oppose the death penalty? Hillary supports
To oppose keystone and off shore drilling? Hillary just flipped on keystone a few days ago.

Or maybe its exteme that bernies top 9/10 donors are unions while 6/10 of hillarys are big banks?

When u break down bernies stances, he aligns more with the democratic party than hillary does. Id say we cant elect hillary for very of her extreme capitalist views

President obama was elected in a landslide over a war vet while being refered to as a muslim kenyan socialist. I think your general election argument isnt valid here

To be fair, a lot of people got suckered into the Iraq situation.

As for Obama being electable. That's easy. He was marketed as young, hip, and a clean slate. People could project whatever they wanted onto him, especially with such words as "Hope" and "Change" being thrown around, and this made him appealing -- he was the ideal candidate because of this. John McCain and Mitt Romney were billed as wanting to go back to the way things were, them good ol' days, which had endured for decades.

Everything else, Hillary has a lot to prove to me. It makes me sick bothers me that people will compromise how they believe, just to settle for a "win". Being shot in the knee is not better than being shot in the foot, because you're still getting shot. We're simply replacing the table cloth as opposed to the table.

Yeah but the thing is, bernie was not suckered into it.
As well as not being suckered into aaying he believes in a sacred bond between a man and a woman and that he believes in traditional marriage. Hillary was agaisnt lgbt right up until it was politically accepted. Bernie has always been ahead of the curve

I do strongly and i mean STRONGLY agree with you about the point on settling for a win. I cant and wont vote for a corporate elitist, and lets be honest here, shes been bought by big business

My 1st choice is Bernie Sanders, but I'm willing to vote for Hillary if she gets the nomination.

I've been following Bernie Sanders on social media since before he decided to run for president. I was hoping he would run because he's been for everyone's rights since the beginning of his career. He's consistent and he cares about people, regardless of their age, economic status, race, orientation, etc. I'm all for it. I've never voted in a presidential election before because I never really believed in any of the candidates. This time I will cast my vote with complete confidence.
