I just realized the book I'm reading now is autographed by the author. I got it as a gift, so I had no idea (and neither did the gift-giver, apparently).

the last book I've finished would be "L'Asommoir" by Émile Zola, but currently I'm reading two books - "Nana" by Émile Zola and also "The Lord of the Rings" by J.R.R. Tolkien

Fallout Equestria by Kkat, it was longer than the LOTR books. But a proper above board book would be Legionnaire by Simon Murray both excellent reads

"Mockingjay" of the Hunger Games trilogy. Definitely the weakest of the three, but an interesting way to end it nonetheless.

Totally was the weakest of the three. Catching Fire was my absolute favorite.

Agreed, I absolutely loved Catching Fire. I probably didn't like Mockingjay because of the lack of Effie Trinket. I'm strangely obsessed with her,

I vehemently disagree! I found Mockingjay to be fantastic!! As far as my understanding goes, it truly captured the essence of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (which I - in my lack of professional opinion - have unofficially diagnosed Katniss [and several other characters, for that matter] with.), but I digress...

The last book I read was The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde. I saw the movie first, and have actually wanted to read the book for years. Finally I got around to it (thanks to it being free on my Kindle) and I was pleasantly surprised that it was so much better. My only complaint is that Dorian is described as blonde in the book, but he's far more attractive as a brunette in the movie.

I'm quite eager to read Frank Langella's memoir that comes out later this month as well. I just don't want to wait for it.

I finished the Hunger Games trilogy a couple weeks ago, I was curious about what everyone was so excited about...!
