It all feels pointless

It's tough for me because while I do have a lot of friends, more than I can even seem to make time for, I really just want to do stuff with my ex. She's my best friend. And lately I want to just stay home a lot and I'd rather be doing that with her than alone or with anybody else.

I'm sorry you're going through such a tough time and that your boyfriend isn't the best at communicating. It sounds though like you might be better off being single over being in an unhealthy relationship. Of course though I'm the person who would stay too so no judgment.
