I am a gay christian and I know the debate that goes back and forth with religion and sexual orientation, but I choose to believe that God loves us all. At least it is what I want to believe.. still since I am not out to anyone, I pray every night asking God to bring a guy into my life that I can be with and share experiences with.. Does anybody think that is wrong or is it okay to pray for happiness...:icon_sad::icon_sad::icon_sad:
There is nothing wrong with being gay in God's eyes. He is accepting, and like you said- God loves and understands. There is no doubt about that in my mind. And there is absolutely nothing wrong praying for happiness and for a nice guy to come into your life. At the end of the day God wants you to be happy, I'm sure. He is loving after all, and will want the best for you. Don't worry about it my friend, there is nothing wrong with continuing these prayers. (*hug*)
