I'm sooo tired, and I desperately need to sleep, so I'll just toss this in:

You can't justify shit with the Bible, period.

What I don't understand is that why a person would go to such measures to interrupt the lives of average folks who they'll never come into contact with?

    kaybee2, Hi fellow Georgian!:smilewave

You know there'd be flocks of people who've never had an inkling to vote lining up to ban gay marriage down here. Shame.:eusa_naug

KCCI is reporting that Senator McCoy and other senators supporting the SCOI decision have recieved death threats from radical anti-gay marriage lunatics.

There have been protests at the Capitol, and hundreds more are supposed to be there tomorrow.

If people get THIS angry over something that in NO FUCKING WAY could ever affect them, i wonder what they would do if someone...oh i dunno....dropped some garbage on their lawn? Cause id say thats 1000x worse than two guys getting married 100 miles away from you who you dont know and have no part in their lives. I think they might break out nuclear weapons or something. Remind me never to litter on a homophobic persons lawn o_o

Tomorrow is the first day gay couples can get married in Iowa:slight_smile:

All the local news stations are going crazy over it. One would think they've never seen a gay couple before...

Finally some good news! I'm sick and tired of the swine flu, North Korea, pirates, terrorists and natural disasters. Seriously, if it weren't for gay rights gaining ground, I'd swear the world was coming to an end. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
