Well, I attempted to do mine...but it didnt really work.

So it would be really helpful if someone else could put a santa hat on gandalf...please

Ooh - I saw all the hats appearing and wasted an hour or two looking for a 'Roo with hat' pic that I liked...but none were as good as the one I have now.

I tried in MS Paint, but something went epicly wrong (see avatar)

 

You had it set to clear background when you put the hat on, so since white was set as your background color, it became clear, which made his hair show instead of the white.
