    I agree! It was such a relief the first time I finally said the words ... it was to my therapist but just getting it out for the first time was such a weight lifted. The next person I told was my sister over the phone and tears came as I spoke the words... I told her a couple months ago and my therapist over a year ago so it’s definitely a process and while it might be slow moving at least there is movement.

    Thank you! It’s so helpful to hear about everyone’s experiences...while each one is unique it’s very encouraging to know I’m not alone and feel the support from others :slight_smile:
