i just realized how much my name sucks.

Well, you could always get it legally changed. Mine is Adam, which is only annoying when some tool asks if a girl sitting near me or whatever is Eve.

 

English is not my first language and when i found out about my name
i can't help but to be embarrassed by it

 

I hate my name only when my mom calls it. It sounds so whiny and grating to my ears.

I think Christian is a cool name, My first name is the last name of a TV family.

 

You could always keep the name and change the spelling Kristian or just change it all together.

I very much dislike my first name (Preston) at least for me, (no offense to anyone else who might have it~) as I've never really found it befitting of me and would prefer to have been called something more common. I always was ashamed about my name, moreso than I ever was of my sexuality at any point; even going as far as to lie about it to some of my best friends all the way up til last year. I would just tell anybody on the internet who asked my middle name and pretend it was my first. Course I'm over that now and don't do it anymore otherwise I wouldn't have even posted here. xD At this point it's just surprising to me how long I was irrationally insecure about something that silly. It took me forever to accept it as something harmless that there isn't a point making a big deal about since it's something I never had control over anyway.
