How to make Facebook use gender-neutral pronouns to refer to you

Facebook has now actually implemented non-binary identities.

 

Doubt anyone's even bothering with this thread anymore, but I used this method before Facebook had custom gender options. When FB released the custom status, I went to my profile and tried to edit it, but I only had 'select gender' 'male' and 'female' as my options. (The custom option is listed as 'custom', the select gender was there because of the hack) I figured, maybe it's because I did some loopholing earlier; so I chose a gender, saved, and came back, expecting that because I now had an "actual" option selected the custom option would show. (i.e., the code was now set 'back to normal') Unfortunately, I lost the gender neutral option and still only had male and female. I tried logging in and out, resetting as many options as I could, I tried it on Safari, Firefox, Chrome, etc. I tried it on different computers. Still; only male and female options. I've been trying for a couple days now and decided to just go back to this method, but it doesn't work anymore (obviously because of the new code they're using). Any ideas? I've reported it as a bug to Facebook but no response yet. Thanks in advance for any help, I appreciate it!
