Hello anybody! These past few days I have been having some problems with dysphoria. Since I kinda fluctuate on a scale when it comes to gender, my dysphoria comes and goes and I've never figured out a good way to handle it. Lately I've been hating my body and it's been making me stressed/depressed and I don't know what to do. Does anyone have advice?

There's a few different ways you can deal with dysphoria and dysphoric thoughts.
If you can, you can purchase gender affirming products. The best thing though is to do something to take your mind off it. Workout, paint, draw, or pick up a hobby. When your mind is busy, it takes the focus away from the dysphoric thoughts.
