So I'm out as genderfluid to two close friends, my parents (who don't understand but accept me) and that's it. I want to start coming out to more of my friends and family but I don't know how to start the conversation and I'm not sure how familiar they are with nonbinary genders. How do I go about coming out?

pick one who you're most comfortable with, and ask them if they've ever heard the term genderfluid. they may not have, and you can explain it. and once they get it, that's a good time to let them know that the reason you brought it up is that you wanted to share with them that that is who you are. good luck.

You might use the term androgyne for a start, which means both man and woman.
This is something people usually know. Your explanations might continue from there.
