Ok, so basically i am DROWNING in dysphoria, and along with me going through female puberty its REALLY hittin hard. I'm in highschool now and i can't blend in with the boys anymore- my voice gives it away, along with my chest and figure and yada yada you know the deal. i REALLY want to start hrt, but idk how to ask my doctor about it. He's the one ppl go to for hrt and gender therapists, and so i know that i'd be asking the right guy, but i dont know how to ask!
    any tips?

You should ask someone who deals with gender dysphoria or at least familiar with trans topics.

#1 prior to age 16 it is almost impossible to get HRT, before 16 the only approved treatment is puberty blockers (they are expensive).

At 16 with parental approval you can get HRT.

If your doctor has experience with this as per
Then he should have some idea about nonbinary persons, just tell him that is how you see yourself and that you would like help in not developing too much further in the direction that you are currently going. He is a professional with experience so it should not come as too much of a surprise to him.

18 is the youngest you can get on HRT without parental approval. You do have the right idea with them being the one to go to for HRT/gender therapy.
My recommendation would be just talk it out with them.
“I think I’m trans, and I’d like to explore my options.” is often the best way to start.
You’ll more than likely be put on blockers until 16, and then HRT.
