A lot of guys (especially the gay ones) are scared to death of getting older, because of the thought that they'll never be horny again. And it doesn't work like that. Getting older has just meant my libido is a lot more manageable. Plenty of guys have talked about ramping up to 8 on the Gargoyle Horny-o-Meter the second there's any hint of sex in the air. In my "advanced state", what used to ramp me up to 8 now just puts me around 3 or 4. Interest, but plenty of leeway to keep my thoughts in line. If it happens, say, on the bus, I'm not suddenly completely distracted. I can simply smile to myself, enjoy the feeling, and not pursue it, and it goes away without any effort at all. But when I'm in a situation where sex IS a real possibility - when I'm getting actively hit on - I get up into the 7 and 8 range right away. It's sort of the best of both worlds, really. Like only feeling hungry when dinner is being served.

Depends. If I'm stressed or upset or if a certain someone I know is teasing me ( ), then I get turned on very, very quickly. Otherwise, it takes awhile. However, considering I have more turn-offs than turn-ons, it's not that surprising. There will be random days where I'll get easily turned on, even if it's something as small as a guy on t.v. looking in my direction, haha. But usually, I can control my impulses.
