It varies greatly depending on my mood. I'm on anti-depressants, so it's usually once every 2 or 3 days on them. When off them or in the middle of switching, it can be once a day or even twice a day.

 

Quite a while back now, I was doing it way too much - it got to about three times a day at once stage. Then I got it down to twice, morning and night. Then I got it down to just one good session in the morning. Now, I only feel the urge once every few days. I actually just went for a whole three weeks without wanting to do it at all. Like some others here, my sex drive is linked to my state of mind. When I'm depressed, it is lowered or absent; when I'm in a better frame of mind, it increases, sometimes quite dramatically. But even with my recently returned sex drive, masturbation has lost a lot of it's sheen for me; I'd now rather save the energy for a partner.

At least three times a week. It used to be at least once a day but I've been doing it less frequently lately. I read an article about how masturbation can contribute to feelings of self loathing and self hate and I already have enough of that. Plus, masturbating is hard for me because sometimes I wish I was a boy so masturbation is a tool I use for being comfortable with the fact that I'm a woman and, that's getting harder and harder everyday.
