How many pair of shoes (footwear) do you own?

Too many:

4 pairs of black shoes for work
1 pair of brown leather ones for work
2 pairs of work boots
3 pairs of converse
2 pairs of vans
2 pairs of Fred Perry
1pair of lacoste
1 pair of adidas trainers

And that's it's!

 

Pair of work shoes, and three pairs of personal wear shoes.

I think this theory comes from people suspecting we become women because we are gay, and they generalise shoes as a women's accessory. Idk it's weird.

 

I own seven

 

I have 4 that I actually use but I'm a shoe-hoarder I still own a torn pair of trainers, a few torn pairs of sandals, a couple of pairs I needed specifically for plays, and my old school shoes. I haven't used them (except the school shoes) in more than half a year if not longer.

 

3 for now.

That's funny because I know a handful of straight guys who have more pair of shoes than I do.

I do own 4 pair of shoes. One is for running shoes, then a casual brown leather shoes, tennis shoes and an all star shoes.

Now that I think of it, 4 is probably a lot but at least I don't post it around on facebook unlike some guys, lol.

I have 4 pair's of shoes I wear, but over 10 pair's of shoes that don't fit but have to keep

1 pair of extra high rubber boots.
1 pairs of slippers (for inside).
1 pair of slippers (for outside, for small distances when it's really really hot).
1 pair of outside running shoes.
1 pair of inside sport shoes.
1 pair of extremely worn out trail hiking boots (not watertight anymore). (using these when painting or doing stuff like that).
1 pair of trail hiking boots (watertight). Wearing these normally in winter, or during rainfall or when hiking.
1 pair of sandals. Using these rarely for walking and for swimming/walking near beaches with sharp rocks and sea urchins.
1 pair of quite worn out sneaker-like shoes. Using these in summer.
1 pair of light, extremely water-un-proof shoes. Using these in summer too.
1 pair of formal shoes.
Not included: one pair of ice skates. Wishlist: one pair of waders.

I think only 1 pair of summer shoes is superfluous for me. Maybe all these straight people with supposedly almost no shoes, throw them away quickly and only live inside and don't do sports? :icon_bigg

 

Why do people need so many shoes, you can only wear 1.

 

I know it looks bad, but they've just accumulated over the years. I didn't buy them all at once.

1 pair of Madden Girl boots
2 pairs of heels
And 1 pair of cowgirl boots :lol:

I've had the boots, converse, and 1 pair of heels, Vans, and Toms since I was around 17 or 18 though, so I'm not like a shopaholic or anything, lol. If anything, I'm probably a shoe hoarder. I can't help it, I love shoes!!

Honestly I'm surprised people posting have so few, I thought ten would be about average Yeah you can only wear one pair at a time but you could say the same for t shirts. It'd feel weird for me to wear the same pair every day and it's not like I'm even particularly fashionable or fashion conscious.

Guess I just like shoes!

I own a pair of work out shoes and a pair of conver looking shoes so just 2 for me.

 

1 pair of converse
1 pair of vans
1 pair of black dress shoes
1 pair of sneakers
1 pair of winter boots
and 1 pair of work boots but those don't really count because I just got them for a play I was in

I only wear the converse and vans regularly, although to be honest I wish I had a lot more casual shoes. Still, the ones I have work fine.

 

About 12, I think?

2 flip-flops

But in reality I pretty much only wear 4 regularly. In order: Converse, sandals, running, and boots.

 

I own about 20 pairs of shoes. Some for summer, winter, and work.
