How many hours do you sleep?

    How on earth do some of you people function on 4-6 hours a day? I'm not saying you enjoy it but I'd be a wreck, probably unable to function! Now that I'm getting older I can't do it haha. 5 hours I'm falling asleep all day... 6 hours I feel tired all day, 7 hours is not too bad, 8 hours I feel tired when I wake up but fine the rest of the day. 9 hours I don't feel tired when I wake up but if I don't do anything (like on weekends some days) I feel groggy all day. But 8/9 hours with school is perfect so I try to get that but it tends to be 6-8...

    I aim for 7-8 hours in 24, but I don't have regular sleep patterns due to shift working.

    8 - 10 hours usually... anything less than that and I'm like this for the rest of the day

    At least, 3 hours, at most, 9 hours... My sleep schedule fluctuates alot.

    Usually around 7-8 hours. I absolutely need my sleep because I don't drink tea or coffee (at least to stay up).

    Usually 8-9 hours but I woke up at 3am and now I'm trying to get back to sleep. I fell asleep at around 9pm though so I got a good 6 hours in already.

    it varies greatly, some days i might get 3/4 hours, some days i might get 13/14 :3

    10 - 14 hours.

    I'm a lazy shit so normally 8 hours minimum. On weekends I will sometimes sleep for up to 10 hours but there comes a point where you stay in bed for so long, you begin to feel groggy and tired. That feels even worse than not sleeping enough.
