My family doesnt have any openly gay persons although i do have a cousin i suspect is and obviously me who hasnt come out to any family! After i came out i have gotten more gay friends but i didnt initially.
Well, lemme see. My mom is bisexual, I have an aunt who's a lesbian, and I'm pretty sure one of my cousins is bisexual (she currently has a boyfriend, but I'd be genuinely surprised to find out that she isn't at least a Kinsey 2).
As far as im concerned i'm the only flying the queer flag in my family But i do have gay friends, my best friend is a lesbian.
As far as I know I'm the only one in my family, but I'm not out either so it's possible that there are some closeted folks like me. My friends are all straight too. Oh wells.
Family is all straight, but a lot of the females in my family are proper tomboys, if that counts? Then again i reckon i've got 6 or so cousins/siblings that haven't reached puberty yet, so who knows. Friends are all straight, i'm pretty certain.
As far as I know, my family is pretty heterosexual. My friends, however, are a different matter. As I began to come out, my friends shifted from predominantly heterosexual to predominantly LGBTQ.
My sister is bi, although she went through an "I'm gay! Come meet my girlfriend, everyone! NOW!" stage, which slightly ruined my chances of not being shunned by my extended family. XD Ah well, I love her. I also have a few gay friends, and a few bisexual friends. No fellow lesbians, unfortunately.
In my family, I have one cousin who's myspace says she is lesbian. (the only other proof I have is pictures of her and who I assume is her g/f.) I have a few friends who I think are at least bi, and I know (barely) that supposedly lesbian.
I don't have any GLBT family members that I know of. If I assume that no one who's married or in a relationship with the opposite sex is secretly gay, that leaves me with only my cousins who could secretly be gay. I do have a few gay friends, though. Half of my close male friends are gay. We were all friends long before we found this out about each other. So apparently we originally found each other by subconscious gaydar
my life is very un-lgbt none of my family, and a very small amount of my friends. A VERY small amount...about 3
Me too. No LGBTQ family members I know of. My parents disagree with me on my sexual orientation. Doh.
As far as I know, no one in my family is LGBTQ (except if my straight but asexual husband counts as LGBTQ) , and except from my EC buddies, I have only a few LGBT friends.
your asking the wrong question. The question for me is how LGBTQ is your country? answer? really not very. I don't think I've met a single person that I knew was gay except the people on this site (YOU GUYS ROCK!! )
The only other person I know in my family that's gay in my family is only related by marriage. My bro in laws uncle.
