Mostly on my stomach, sometimes on my side.

TBH I don't even know. I'm a deep sleeper and never get up in the middle of the night unless i'm sick. Really wish I knew what position I normally sleep in because it would make the amount of tossing and turning I do in the night limited.

I fall asleep in a "free fall" position. I mostly sleep on my stomach, while leaning mostly on my left side. Sometimes I switch sides. When I wake up, I'm always in the weirdest positions; sometimes on my back with my arms and legs spread out like a starfish, sometimes with my butt in the air, sometimes with my arms and legs hanging over the bed while I'm laying on the bed vertically.

I know this isn't really the question but this helps me a lot: if you can't quiet your mind and just want to sleep, imagine voices, buzzing. They're what you're thinking about they're not necessarily stress but can be, doesn't matter. Just make a lot of them and don't listen to any one exactly. Then envision a bell ringing. Clear, loud, distracting. Louder than them all together. They try stifling it, and succeed finally by balancing it and making it still. Then the voices go back, but happier. Listen to what they say now. The content has changed. You'll drift off fast now if you're like me. It puts my brain to sleep, not sure where I got if from, but gets the job done! Hope this helps someone.

Fetal position on either side. I toss and turn between sides until I fall asleep.

First i usually tell my brother good night (since he is usually still awake). I keep telling him good night till he says it back, then I go to bed.
I put my earplugs in and start listening to music, day dreaming while lying in bed. Whenever it is a start to feel sleepy I turn onto my left side and drift off to sleep.
    The end.

Can take me hours to get to sleep though.

I lock my doors, use the restroom, turn off the lights then, I fall asleep on my right side but wake on my left. I have to have my pillows, two of them that I take with me if I travel.

Either on my back or on my stomach with one leg drawn up to my side. The chiropractor suggests the back since it keeps pressure evenly distributed on the hips.

When I worked the whole day: right side
When I did nothing throughout the day: left side
When I'm tired at 8pm: on the back
When I'm desperately trying to fall asleep: on my stomach

I also turn around a lot, when I'm sleeping...

I sleep on my stomach, I've heard it's a typical sleeping position of nervous people. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
I used to sleep like I was dead, now it's not the case anymore. I just keep waking up every two or three hours and sleeping like that is not refreshing at all.

    Badly mainly! lol

I sleep upside down in bed. I lay my belly, facing right and my right knee has to be stuck out or I can't sleep. It's not the most convenient of shapes if you have company in bed.

I sleep on the side with my upper and on the "stomach side"/front with my lower body. Also I cross over my arms and legs and hide my head somewhere between my pillows. Sometimes I wonder if I look weird @.@

Always when I jump into bed I lie on my stomach for about 10 minutes. Then I realize that it's not the best sleeping position, so I turn to my back. But I think I always end up sleeping on my side.

I normally sleep on my left side because it faces my window and I love listening to rain and wind at night. However sometimes my cartilage piercing hurts so I'll switch to my right side, but not often. I usually curl my legs up and put a hand under my head or under my pillow. I also can't sleep without a blanket covering everything under my shoulders.

I don't really have insomnia issues, but everything has to be just so or else I can't sleep. I highly envy people who can sleep anywhere but no matter how tired I am, I can't sleep anywhere besides my bed (not even the couch in my home, let alone elsewhere I'm uncomfortable with.) I think it's embarrassing and I can't get over it!
In my actual bed, I have to have my fan running. I switch back and forth in positions but lately I can pretty much only sleep facing the left toward my wall, with one body pillow on the right across my back, while hugging a handful of blankets, and something covering my eyes (I use a scarf.) ...if all these requirements are fulfilled, I can easily sleep 10-12 hours no problem xD
