    Really pumped about Pat LaFontaine and Ted Nolan returning. Nolan is an excellent coach and got screwed over by the Sabres back in 1997. Nolan's been successful everywhere he's been. Hopefully, he'll be the coach long-term.

    Rick Dudley is my top choice for GM.

    Western Michigan is not a football school at all-we're a hockey school, and we're actually pretty good. The student section is even more fun. Turns out, last season they actually asked the Lawson Lunatics (WMU's student section at hockey games) to clean up their language. PFFT! Please. It's college hockey.

    (After every goal, the chant begins, hold up the number of goals we've scored)

    1, 2, 3, six-six-six-six-six-six-six, (pointing toward opposing goalie) It's all your fault! It's all your fault! It's all your fault! You just suck dick! You just suck dick! You just suck dick!

    I hate how while the moving of the Red Wings to the Eastern Conference is geographically correct, now you don't get to see as many of the rivalries as much anymore, like the Wings and Blues, and the Wings and Blackhawks.

    I have season ticket to our local AHL team, the Texas Stars. I sometimes forget that people bring their kids as the tickets are cheap.

    Sometimes I forget that. Last week I just about pulled a muscle trying to pull out of yelling Son of a bitch.
