I just created an account and wanted to introduce myself to the community. I'm a 21 year old female college student, and recently I've been "coming to terms" with being bi. I thought I'd use this site as a resource to get to talk to other people who are/have been in the same boat as me, and I look forward to getting to know y'all! This has all happened pretty suddenly and, to be honest, I feel very overwhelmed because it feels a little bit like my whole life is just a little bit different (my outlook on things, etc) so it'll be nice to get to have conversations with you all about it. Thanks in advance CL
Hi there and Welcome to EC, I'm sorry you are feeling overwhelmed, I think when you first start questioning and realizing you might not be straight, it is a very scary and confusing time.. I think this will be a good place for you to be, it is really supportive and friendly and I think you will be able to take comfort in talking to others who are going through similar things. I hope you do enjoy being here.
Hi there! Welcome to Empty Closets! EC is a great place to find support and to share experiences with others on what you are experiencing at the moment. I'm sure you'll find a few members who can relate to you. It might feel overwhelming at the moment, but know that things will settle down again as you figure things out, and become comfortable with your sexual identity. Welcome aboard.
Thanks so much! I really appreciate that That's definitely why I came on here -- it felt like a good, supportive place to work through my feelings. And I could definitely benefit from the wisdom of others here too
