Help me pick my male name!

Somehow I've gone 21 years without ever coming into contact with someone named Brad or Josh (unless I'm forgetting someone), which means I am totally unbiased!
I like Josh better.

Oh wait I did know someone called Joshua, but they only ever went by Joshua, not Josh, so it doesn't count.

 

Brad sounds kinda douchey to me, maybe because I had a hard time with this jocky kid in school named Bradley and I wanted to throw a football at his face. It's an okay name otherwise.

I much prefer Josh. It sounds cuter/better.

 

They're both good names but I prefer Josh. Either one would be a good choice.

 

I woulda been named David, fits me, and I want to fight a giant! Mom was really happy I like it, she still does. I think that gives it a realness, what I was originally destined to be. That is why I voted for Bradley, as good as Joshua is a name and well Biblical too. hehe! I think in long run you may find your mom closer to you if you pick her other name for you.

Josh was my neighbor four years ago - i hired him to mow my back yard just so I could watch him push my mower on hot days. He was a sweet boy still finding his way in life

 

Josh! For some reason I always have this mental image of guys called Josh being really cute.

I hate to admitting I have preconceived notions about something as basic as a name (maybe I'm just making it sound worse than it really is) but I always think "Brad" sounded kinda hot. There was a guy named Bradley in my school--very handsome, but dumber than a sack of bricks. Also, I believe People Magazine voted a Bradley Cooper as Sexiest Man Alive. Josh is nice, too, but my preference is Brad.

The name "Josh" has a really nice ring to it... "Brad" sounds a little like a child's name :lol:
I honestly don't know why I feel that way since I don't know anyone who's called "Josh"/"Brad" in real life...

I think Bradley is a nice name, but it loses something when shorteneed to Brad. So I say go with Josh(ua)

 

I went for Josh. One of my favourite youtubers is Josh Jepson, so... bias. XD
