    1) The removal of the 3 judges in this year's election was illegal and should be overruled.
    2)The judges were not oversteping their bounds.
    3)It will be difficult to convince the democrats in office to go ahead with impeachment, which is required for it to succeed.

    Exactly. Judicial Review, people? Judges have the final say on Constitutionality in their state, and in terms of the whole nation the Supreme Court Justices have the final say. They need to get over it.
