I just watched my recording of the second season premier on Torchwood. And I must say, it has topped the first season! For those of you that don't know about Torchwood, it's a spin-off of the current Doctor Who. Imagine the X-Files, set in Cardiff, Wales, and Mulder is pansexual, and that's basicly Torchwood. Also, only one character on the show is shown to be straight.
dude I LOVE THAT SHOW. I saw that premiere too! I love the old lady in begining. "Have you seen a blowfish driving a car?" ... "Bloody Torchwood" LOLOL!!! I love that show...and only one character is shown to be straight, which makes it better.
I watch Torchwood but I don't think very highly of it. The acting's mostly terrible and the stories have been done better on other sci-fi shows I only watch because I LOVE Ianto!

I like Torchwood, but for the world's most secret agency, they are quite shockingly incompetent at being secretive. Case in point: driving a huge black Range Rover with their name written on it.
They're a secret organisation? Oooh the irony! I've only just started watching Torchwood. It kind of annoyed me that the first scene I watched of it was when Jack gets brought back to life and starts making out with this other guy. As much as I love guys, it seemed kind of forced and unnecessary. Same goes for the most recent episode... it was like "We're all gonna die!" "LET'S MAKE OUT THEN!" It's a bit corny as well, but I enjoy watching it. I think I'm too critical when it comes to television... that's probably why I barely watch it anymore.
