    anyone see this debate? what have hilary and clinton talk about lately towards GLBT issues??

    That was actually a stump speech in Oregon that Senator Obama gave. He isn't debating Senator Clinton over GLBT issues, rather referring to the conservatives struggles to fight for the Defense of Marriage Act and defeat the State issues and State Court rulings allowing gay marriage. Whereas Senator Obama references GLBT issues in his stump speeches, Senator Clinton seems to only when in front of GLBT audiences, such as the debate on Logo earlier in the campaign.

    oh ok i would love to see more infomation where they talk about GLBT issues but i dont think they have recently

    i dunno. i dont think obama sees it as an important issue. but whatever.
    obviously, there are other things he would rather talk about.

    He's just pointing out the fact that politicians are using gay marriage as a dristraction so that the people (and they themselves) don't have to think about the more pressing isuues such as the war and the economic troubles that we are facing.
