-Elevator to The Gallows (Louis Malle)
    -Harold & Maude
-Night of the Iguana (Tennessee Williams adaptation)
    -Band of Outsiders (Jean-Luc Goddard)
    -Mama Roma (Pier Paolo Pasolini)
    -8 1/2 (Fellini)
-The Bicycle Thief (Vittorio De Sica)
    -Wild Strawberries(Bergman)

    -Fox and his Friends (Fassbinder)
-Mother Kunster goes to Heaven (Fassbinder)
-Toto los Heros (Jaco Van Dormael)

...and there are most likely many others, but these came to mind first. I love films, but am also very fussy! I like ones that make me think, over ones that are more 'to escape'.

There are a lot of good movies but I can't think of any 10/10's. I mostly like sci-fi, like the original Star Wars trilogy, the odd numbered Star Trek movies, and Paul for example. Also dramas like a league of their own. Not a big horror fan except for occasional ones like American werewolf in London, and Alien, for example.

Hmm... 10s.... really depends on the day. The only one that really holds true with time is The Avengers. But still, a 10? It's more like that it always holds my top spot. I have yet to see a "10," really.

Some other ones that get close:
    LOTR series
    Fight Club
Firefly series (I know it's not a movie, but they cut it so short it may as well have been)
    V for Vendetta
    Kingdom of Heaven
    Lincoln
    Star Wars 4-6
    Indiana Jones (the first three)
...probably a bunch more that I can't think of off the top of my head.

Some quirky ones that I can't even rate, but love due to their strangeness/unique concept:
Rocky Horror Picture Show, Pulp Fiction, Repo! The Genetic Opera, Cabin in the Woods, Inglorious Bastards.

Tough for me to narrow it down to a list of faves and there's probably some which don't come immediately to mind but I'd say:

The Green Mile, Moon, Lord of The Rings, Leon, The Matrix, The Shining, Fight Club, Pulp Fiction, Terminator 2, Saving Private Ryan, Alien(s), Highlander, Ace Ventura, The Man With Two Brains, V for Vendetta, The Untouchables, Hot Shots 1&2, As Good As It Gets...the list goes on lol.

    @ Melanie

Goodwill Hunting, now that was quite a nice film. I was very surprised how much I liked it.

Pretty much anything by Tarantino, with my favorites being True Romance, Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown, Reservoir Dogs, and Django Unchained.

Then there's... The Misfits, Anchorman, Evil Dead (the remake), Closer, Alpha Dogs, V for Vendetta, Finding Nemo, Apocalypto, Inception, Fight Club, Shaun of the Dead, Sinister, Mamma Mia, Jurassic Park, Running Scared (2006), The Purge, The Strangers, and I'm sure there are many that have slipped my mind.

For some reason Skeleton Key comes to mind so that's one of my all time faces I'll have to think of more later.

I don't think any of these are 10/10s but I'm a huge fan of The Dark Knight trilogy, Marvel series, The Phantom of the Opera, Love Never Dies, Lion King, Divergent, TFIOS, Jack Reacher, Les Mis, CATS, Ender's Game, and Silver Linings Playbook.
