In-N-Out!!!! Every time I go back to Cali to visit family its the first place I go to when I first get there.
In-N-Out, Five Guys, and Sonic are all great... for the more mainstream and accessible, Wendy's usually hits the spot.
I'd be hard pressed to pick a favorite fast food joint. So many different spots have so many different delicious options, I don't know what I like best. I love Burger King and I tend to like it when they get all experimental and play around with stuff and offer special burgers and chicken and fish sandwiches. Like one time, they had a burger that had bacon and cheese inside the meat and a couple of onion rings on it. It was delicious. My favorite sandwiches from BK, though, would have to be a Tendercrisp chicken sandwich with no tomato and a Double Whopper with cheese, no tomato. At Wendy's, it's all about the double Baconator with a baked potato and a large Coke and a chocolate Frosty for dessert. I don't know what it is about ketchup, mayo, cheese, bacon, and hamburger at the same time, but I absolutely love it. I also like the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger, sans tomato. At Mickey D's, I like the bacon and cheese Angus burger. Truefacts, McDonald's is the only place I will order burgers that aren't the Angus burger without pickles because the pickles they commonly use are wimpy and I don't like wimpy pickles, while the ones on the Angus burger are more like the ones you get out of the pickle jar when you make burgers at home. Any other burger joint, I will get pickles. At Taco Bell, I prefer the regular soft tacos, nothing too exciting, but I do love the Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos (fun fact: eat Taco and Nacho Cheese Doritos at the same time. Tastes just like the taco). If I feel like mixing it up, I'll get the $5 Box. My favorite pizza place is Pizza Hut, but Papa John's does make a pizza I like. I try not to order from Papa John's, though. At Pizza Hut, I like to get a large Pepperoni Lover's pizza with thin crust, extra sauce, and extra cheese. At Papa John's, which I will only order from if someone asks me to, they have a pizza with bacon and six cheeses. I like that pizza even though I hate the company. And while I wouldn't really consider it fast food, I love the Bacon and Egg Cheeseburger at IHOP. And I don't eat elsewhere often enough to have a favorite they're, or we don't have it in the city I love in. Like Del Taco or Red Robin. Yeah, both of those places sound good, but there in the next town and I'm not going all the way there just to get Del Taco or Red Robin. I don't care how good they are.
dominoes meat feast or chippy battered sausage chips I usually go after iv'e had a few beers dont happen allot .
I get the fish and chips (my favourite!), but what on earth are the mushy peas and curry sauce doing there?! :eusa_eh:
Favorite burger place is fudruckers, Also this place called pizza mia has this really amazing potato skin pizza
Oh my God, I haven’t been to Fudruckers in years! They perhaps had the best milkshakes on Earth. The burgers were gigantic and the fries were large! Oh, childhood come back to me! Panda Express Orange Chicken! The only thing I loved more than that, was the Teriyaki Chicken... Oh, so good. I would go to the mall just to get that stuff. My mouth is watering again. Mmm. The orange chicken though... You could taste the MSG, that’s how good it was. I don’t know if they have this chain in other states, or if it still exists, but checkers used to make a pretty decent Juicy Lucy (Burger with the cheese in between the meat). Mmm. With spicy fries. I’ve never had In N’ Out or Jack in the Box, but if I ever go to California, that’s the first place I’m going. Apropos the Fish and Chips, with mushy peas... I prefer it with bubble and squeak. Oh, there’s a place in London not far from where my family is, one of those places that’s been there for donkeys years. The hygiene is questionable but it’s part of the charm of the place. The best Fish & Chips I’ve had. Still quite cheap for the moment, too.
Well poutine has its origins right here in the province of Quebec (I find it hilarious that it is exactly the same way Putin is spelled in French). A deliciously messy concoction of mushy French fries, cheese curd and BBQ sauce; with all kinds of variations. Then of course, there is Montreal's Smoked Meat sandwich (must be on kimmel bread with generous amounts of mustard), served with a sliced pickle and some fries...heaven!
A place called The Dublin Pub (not in Ireland) has the best fish & chips I've ever tasted. It's not fast food at all. It is worth the wait.
Hmmm... I love Hardee's burgers (it's called 'Carl's Jr.' in some places, mostly in the western United States), but they can be a bit expensive. McDonald's has amazing prices, and you get a lot for a cheap buck, although I wouldn't say that I especially liked their food. Their fries are godly, though. Burger King is also really good, but their food sometimes gives me heartburn for some reason. xD Zaxby's is the God of chicken sandwich joints.
Wth....I want a Halal cart on campus! Then again I'd be tempted to have it every day and spend all my money on it....
My order: And none of these comes close to each other. I like 5 guys exponentially more than TacoBell. And I only get 5 guys like once a month at most. So... 5 Guys Chipotle Tacobell
I didn't get to experience the hype because the only one we came across had a line going out the building, and we had just finished flying cross-country and were hungry as hell. And there was a Subway with no line across the street. I'm no great fan of Subway, but it tasted particularly good that day, though an empty stomach and jet lag probably had something to do with that!
At this point don't have fast food very often, more lacking means than personal choice, but even so haven't been to a large number of places. Not counting pizza, of the major burger chains I like Wendy's for balance of cost and the quality of food. Two more reasons I need to go to Montreal....as if there weren't enough already. x____x
