Dear Members, Over the last number of years, Empty Closets Community Services has continued to see growth, both in membership, posts and interaction among members. With over 91,000 members and more than 3.5 million posts, Empty Closets is the largest LGBTQ+ online community and safe space of its kind. We continued to build on and expand the services since 2016/17 when we upgraded to the current forum providing more security and additional resources for members to access. For an overview of the historical milestones, please see here. With your support we have ensured that Empty Closets Community Services remains a non-profit organisation, added additional volunteer staff, reorganised our staffing structure, completed the forum upgrades with new features, and reached out to potential professional consultation staff to support the work of our volunteer staff. Empty Closets' volunteer staff continued to contribute between 600 and 1,000 hours on a monthly basis to provide peer support, forum moderation and complete general administrative tasks associated with running and maintaining the forum. We need your support in continuing to build the forum and to provide further resources. We are asking those of you that might be able to help to consider giving back through a tax deductible donation. Webinars sound great since I don’t break out of my shell enough to interact with people face to face.
Thank you for the feedback @Isbjorn @chicodeoro . Not sure why the imbedded link broke or stopped working. We'll need to look more into it. In the meantime, I have inserted a link to a previous donation page which has the PayPal donation link as well and it seems to be working without any issues on that page. Thank you.
