Early Bird or Night Owl?

Night owl. I enjoy staying up/going out- if I'm exhausted it's usually social exhaustion (ie. I'm an introvert so I need my alone time) vs physical exhaustion.

I loathe mornings with every fiber of my being.

 

Night person, but I'm trying to change.

Going to bed at ~05:00 and waking up at ~09:00. I started out like this in order to be able to spend more time with someone special, now... it's just, a way to punish myself.

But, honestly speaking. I find myself far more productive during the night.

 

Both. I'm awake from before five to after eleven.

Considering it's currently 0038, yesterday I went to sleep at 0150 and every day for the last two weeks+ I haven't stayed up any earlier than 0100, I'd say I'm a night owl.
I have been all my life actually, even when I was like 7 it was normal for me to stay up until 2300 reading

 

I'm definitely a night owl. In college most semesters I never had a class before 11:30 so I'd stay up until 3-4 AM most days. With work I usually try to get in bed around midnight but lately that's turned into about 1:30. I don't get up until 8:15 a lot of the time though so my totals aren't so bad. On the weekends I try to sleep from around 2-11 but it varies quite a bit.

 

This is so one-sided. I love it, the dark side grows in numbers.

Both. I normally don't go to bed until about midnight, but my internal alarm clock always wakes me up at about 7 or so, no matter how much I intend to sleep in.

 

Lately both because this stupid medication only allows me to sleep for 3-4 hours at a time. So, I find myself sleeping between 2-6, both am and pm usually with some variant at times. Not by choice. If it were up to me, I would sleep 3 am-11 am or noon.

 

I'm both! I like waking up early and staying up late! I don't want to have to sacrifice doing either one of them! I like having lots of time

 

Lol... Can I be a midday person lol.... I wake up at 8am weekdays and 9-9:30 on the weekends... Dont like it but helps me get a lot of stuff done and lol... I'm almost incapable of staying up past midnight.

 

Night owl definitely. The night just feels more natural to me. Unfortunately, everything i have to do is during the day. And im not a morning person at all. I usually just barely refrain myself from picking a fight with someon before noon everyday.

 

Im a mid afternoon person. If I am up before 9am I turn into an incoherent bear. If Im not asleep by 2am I become a bitch.

 

Early bird I srart work at 7 am

 

I have always been more of a night owl rather then an early bird.. When I was younger, my mum always had to tell me to go to bed and actually go to sleep cause normally I would go to bed and read.. Even more I tend to stay up as late as I can.
