I also have fantasies about this. It is possible to do, only if you have stretched your anus out. About a year ago I experimented with anal play, started out with a toothbrush, and then now I can get maybe the end of a tennis racket inserted w/o pain or any consequences. It is possible to do without injury (a lot has to do with penis sizes, and how stretched out you are). But it is also pretty easy to injure yourself, and from what I've heard from those who have done it, it's not even remotely pleasurable.
