I'm 5'7" and I weigh 130lbs. I'm happy with how much I weigh, but I'd like to increase my muscle mass. I've been increasing the amount of whole foods I eat and I've been feeling a lot better! I think the "raw till 4" diet would work really well for me.

I'm content with my current weight, 5'2 122lbs. I've been going to gym regularly for 7months and haven't gained nor lost a pound, I find it rather amusing.

All I want is to lose my stomach fat. I don't necessarily want rock-hard abs... I just want a flat stomach.

I weigh ~100lbs (45kg) an am 5'3"(158cm). I'm quite happy with my weight, but I could probably benefit from weight training and gaining a few pounds. I mostly do cardio.

I've gained quite a bit of weight over the past three years or so, likely due to a combination of age, depression, and lack of self discipline in my eating habits. I'd like to get back to the weight I was before I started gaining. For awhile I plateaued and was able to keep from adding any more pounds, but now I want to see that number actually go down. I just need to work on my drive to actually do so. I exercise, and for awhile I was doing it regularly but I've let that lapse, so I definitely need to get back on a regular schedule for that, as well as work on my snacking habits. I eat fairly healthily for meals, but I indulge too much when it comes to snacks or desserts.

    I'd shed my body !

Really I'd love to gain some weight in MUSCLE but not fat. However, I don't want to go through the effort to get it. So, I'll stick with my weight right now.

I used to feel like that, but now I'm way too scared to want to lose weight. A lot of my friends have had eating disorders so I guess I'm a little paranoid about that stuff. It also feels kind of disrespectful to them if I want to lose weight when I'm already on the low end of healthy.

Plus I'm at the point where I wish I had more weight in certain places, so losing weight now is kinda counterintuitive :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

I'm 68kg and 178cm or 150lbs and 5'8" (correct me if I'm wrong) and my BMI is 21. I'm happy with my weight and I'm really fit, but I can't get a 6 pack so ultimately, not happy  it's probably because I eat to much.

I'm 3/5 of the weight I should be, it's not a matter of gaining pounds but a matter of gaining 3 stone.

I want to gain weight. I've already gained a bit but maybe a bit more. Also I'm doing lots of sports these days but somehow it doesn't influence me gaining weight. So that's good!!

I guess I can lose up to 10 pounds. I'm only slightly above average weight. I don't mind my weight, though. People say I'm skinny and fine as I am. I did lose like 5 pounds over the school year. (more exercise in gym and a better eating habit)

If I could have it my way, I'd love to be back where I was two years ago, when I was 110 instead of being in the 150s. Just leave enough body fat on me so I can do my shots as I normally do them, and I'm fine.

My weight is awesome, but maybe i need to work more on my muscle mass, although i was never the kind to care about that. I only did when I thought it would make difference with the asshole who broke my heart.

I've always been underweight and recently lost 8lbs in 3 months so I kind of need to get some back.

I've always been fat, so I've spent almost all of my life trying to lose weight.

It's a struggle, but I try my best.

I want to lose 30 pounds to get back to what I weighed before being detained for the last time. Mostly because I'm annoyed that I was forced to eat more than I wanted to, and gained the weight as a result. But once I start Hormones (hopefully in August) I'll be going to the gym on a regular basis to release a lot of my aggression and obtain a healthier body.

I'm about 182lb / 82kg which makes me borderline 'overweight' according to BMI at 5'11''

I guess if I could be any weight I'd be about 7lb/ 3kg more but tbh I'm pretty content with my body as it is

I would like to gain more muscle but I am not committed enough to actually increase my weekly gym sessons haha. I'd like to gain it through magic instead :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
