Granted, but due to The Doctor jumping across several dimensions, just to make it here to get you, all other dimensions are thrown off wack and begin to bleed into eachother due to The TARDIS's energy signature being that of it's OWN universe and contaminating the other's. In response, all other creatures from various dimensions come together with the intention of fixing the problem by hunting down the TARDIS, "dispatching" of it's owner and using it's own power source as a sample to mend the inter-dimensional wounds it inflicted to the other worlds. Also, Tennant doesn't come, It's Smith.

I wish for TNP to make my wish and their own.
