Im a slim build guy around 120lbs. Just looking for some good core exercise tips. Not looking to try out for Mr Olympia or anything lol. I have done sit ups and crunches and push ups. But I dont know if there are any good exercises to try I have been a distance runner for a while. I did distance running in hs and do 5ks with my dad and older sister once a month or every few months. I do exercise in a threadmil For weights, I have hand weight(1 lb) i have when Im jogging in the threadmil I have 10lb and 15lb dumbells at my house. Anyone got tips I could with that I could get a few extra dumbells maybe up to 25. I dont go to a gym because well its expensive and plus I dont have time much to do since I work during the week
