A dog perhaps? But I do not own a dog! As my vision clears and I can see better, I realize with shock that this was not an animal. What was piercing my flesh were the nails of a hand, of a dirtied black hand, covered in my blood. I quickly try to pull away, but then hear a faint voice from under my bed.

I hesitantly lean forward to look under the bed, only to find a raggedy boy, looking back at me, scared. Who was he, why was he under my bed? This is when I heard a knock from the hallway outside my bedroom. Something was there, something was listening.

I could see from under the door that the lamp in the corridor was still on, I usually turn it off before going to bed. As I stand there, looking at the light, suddenly a shadow passes through. I cannot say, if this was a man, or an animal. Was I seeing things? Was I still dreaming? What is happening?

. Is what I think to myself, trying to find humor in the situation, to force myself into thinking something else, to see if I was not still dreaming. Alas it was not the case, my foot was starting to hurt, blood dripping to the carpet. I could feel the person holding me, shiver in fear. What is it that he was so afraid of, how did he get there? How long was I asleep? I pull my leg away and proceed towards the door, thinking that there are no monsters, what could be the worst that could happen. I pick up a baseball bat that I keep next to the bed, just to be on the safe side. As I reach towards the door knob, I hear his voice again.

All these random thoughts flowing into my brain. I guess it was the effect of the anesthesia. The doctor said that they will put me asleep so that they can finish closing up the open wound, and due to the mixture of medicines, I might start hallucinating. What I perceive as being no more than a few hours after this, I awoke in my hospital bed, alone, in a dark room.

 

I soon discovered a mad scientist had done an experiment on me and now I am the most fabulous gay in the world, and contagious, oh dear all the man of this world will turn gay.
