So im genderfluid/polygender/pangender what ever you want to call it.

And i want to come out to my parents. But every time i talk about an Lgbt topic or a topic on gender. They dont seem to understand. They ard both heterosexual and cisgendered. And thats why i dont think they understsnd. I need advice on how to come out that i have more than one gender, that im fluid between all/most genders.

Explain it. Do you get dysphoria? If so, explain what it is and how it makes you feel. That is a good place to start. Also, explain how you change between genders (not necessarily the process, more like the concept). Also, their sexuality / gender identity have little impact on how understanding they are. My heterosexual cisgendered grandparents have been WAY more understanding than my homosexual, LGBQT cyber-activist sister.
