Gah what dreadful luck Coming out can be soo difficult, i went through exactly what you did, same circumstance in a way, except is was a discussion in PE/H/PD and i was in year 7... Good thing the discussion went for 2 weeks, because every time for the first week i just couldn't manage to do it and ended up getting all depressed about it for the rest of the day. My tip, if you have someone you know in the discussion that you have already told, get them to suddenly put you in the spotlight. Don't phych yourself out, the breath before the plunge is always worse then the water.
