Thank you! <3 I never thought I would end up being a semi-cat lady. XD

I LOVE CATS, I LOVE EVERY KIND OF CAT! I JUST WANT TO HUG THEM ALL, BUT I CAN'T. YOU CAN'T HUG EVERY CAT...

But in all seriousness, cats are great. I can't imagine not having a cat in my life.

Cats can be real sweet, especially abandoned ones who get their confidence back when you give them a home. They can make good pets.

The same is true of dogs. Cats are sly and know the score, but dogs can be so tuned in to your feelings. When I was finally moving out of the house, at age 25 (no comments, please), she knew something was up and had a sad way about her. I took her everywhere with me in the car. Every morning, we'd let her into the breakfast nook from outside, she'd jump up onto my lap, and put her muzzle on my face to greet me. How can I forget that?

I love cats! At least, the ones you can actually love and they don't wanna scratch your face off.

I'm allergic though. If I pet them I start sneezing and itching up a storm. I would adopt one some day if it wasn't for that.

Easy, sinister creatures...quite fond of them, though I don't have one.

This! Has anyone allergic tried owning a hairless cat? I believe I read somewhere that they still cause irritation, but I'm not sure how well-founded that bit of info was. Hairless cats are just as cute as others though, I think =)

Hairless cats are definitely less likely to trigger allergic reactions in people. This is just because they have a lot less fur to clean, though. Humans are allergic to the dander and/or saliva of cats, not the fur. But one of my relatives (whose girlfriend is allergic) owns a hairless cat, and he's pretty grumpy(the cat and my relative!). The cat seems to like me all right, though, and my anonymous relative's girlfriend loves that cat. She's always petting it and stuff, you know?

I love my kitties! One's a short, chubby, lazy, bold, mostly indoor, tuxedo kitty w/ little survival instincts. The other is a long, slender, active, cautious, half outdoor, tabby kitty who's a bit smarter. They're both very affectionate, not at all aloof like the stereotype. They tolerate each other but they aren't exactly friends.

Cats are my kryptonite :c.. I get so.. obvious.. when I'm near a cat..

It's like Lex Luthor walking past Clark Kent with kryptonite in his pocket and noticing clark having a fit on the floor.. You pretty much know he's superman at that point. :3
