Butt workout?

    ice skating would help a good deal. So either hockey or figureskating or speed skating would be good things to look into... (with hockey you get the locker room view :wink: ). Squats sound like a good thing to do... same with climbing many flights of stairs...

    my butt used to be so plump and nice and since i started running it got all nasty!! LMAO

    i need help too... and i love ice hockey but there is no ice rinks here and it costs way too much for equipment.

    You can do some butt push ups.
    Get down on all fours, lift one knee up (keep your leg at a 90 deg angle.) do a few of these and your butt will be on fire after only a few.
